Visual inspection station, one photo per part.
Every face is inspected and classified OK or NOK with an annotated image. A high-definition photo of every part is archived and can be viewed by part or by batch.
Inspect, prove, archive.
Every face inspected
Scratches, missing material, stains, shape defects: each face is classified OK or NOK with an annotated image.
Archive photo per part
A high-definition camera photographs every part. The images serve as evidence and can be viewed by part or by batch.
Measurements on the same station
Weighing and other measurements built into the inspection cycle, with no extra handling.
Defect learning
Models trained on your own parts, retrained as production evolves.
From your samples to commissioning.
Sample testing
You send photos, codes or parts. We prove the reading or detection before any commitment.

Batch to re-inspect, relabeling? Temporary verification station.
Complaint, recall, doubtful codes: we install a temporary reading and verification station to re-inspect your products while the permanent solution is being built.
Vision, plus the machine around it.
A vision system is only useful once integrated: conveying, rejection, PLC, serialization software, operator interface. Our workshop builds the complete station, not just the camera program. Software and mechanics under one roof.
Your questions
Do we need many defective parts to get started?
Ten photos of good and bad parts are enough for an initial assessment. Training is then completed with real samples.
Can the station go into a cleanroom?
Yes, we design cleanroom-compatible stations: materials, ventilation and cleaning are taken into account from the design stage.
Where are the images stored?
On your network. Reports can be viewed by part or by batch.
Send 10 photos of your parts.
Good and bad parts: we give you a free feasibility assessment.
