A smart camera, such as Keyence VS cameras or SR readers, covers many needs, and we integrate it. When the inspection, the line speed or the data go beyond its scope, the custom system takes over.
Can a code be read and the part inspected at the same time?
Yes, that is one of the benefits of a custom system: code reading and part inspection in the same cycle, with a single result sent.
How do we know whether it is feasible?
Through a test on your samples: it validates lighting, acquisition and processing before any quote.
Who develops the software further afterwards?
We write it and document it. Changes and maintenance are defined with you at delivery.
