Batch re-inspection: know what is in the case.
Complaint, recall, doubtful codes or relabeling: we design the station that rereads every code in the batch and compares it with the expected data, so you can decide on the facts.
The problem, the method, the limits.
A batch in doubt
Unreadable codes, duplicates, missing products or wrong data: you need to know what is really in the batch.
Reading and comparison
Every code is read, decoded and compared with the expected data, supplied by your software or by a file.
Deviation report
Duplicates, missing codes, inconsistent batches and expiry dates are listed, so you can decide on relabeling or rework.
What the station does not do
It establishes the deviations. It replaces neither your quality decision nor your serialization system.
From your samples to commissioning.
Sample testing
You send photos, codes or parts. We prove the reading or detection before any commitment.

Batch to re-inspect, relabeling? Temporary verification station.
Complaint, recall, doubtful codes: we install a temporary reading and verification station to re-inspect your products while the permanent solution is being built.
Vision, plus the machine around it.
A vision system is only useful once integrated: conveying, rejection, PLC, serialization software, operator interface. Our workshop builds the complete station, not just the camera program. Software and mechanics under one roof.
Your questions
Can the station be temporary?
Yes. It can be installed for the duration of the re-inspection, then removed or turned into a permanent station.
Where does the expected data come from?
From your serialization software or from an export file. We define the format with you.
Can sealed cases be re-inspected?
It depends on the aggregation and on access to the codes. We study it with you before proposing a method.
Does re-inspection make the batch compliant?
No. It establishes the facts; the decision and compliance are a matter for your quality system.
