Keyence VS cameras, programmed and integrated.
Presence, position, appearance or character reading: we select the VS camera and its lighting, program it on your parts and integrate it into your line with the PLC, the MES and the operator interface.
The camera is only one part, the rest makes the result.
Model and optics
Resolution, field of view, working distance: the VS model and optics chosen for your parts and your layout.
Lighting
Ring light, low-angle, dome or backlight: lighting is what makes the inspection reliable. We validate it on your samples.
Programming and takeover
Inspection tools, thresholds, references, edge cases. Takeover of an existing VS program from its backup.
PLC, MES and HMI
Results exchanged with the PLC, reported to the MES, operator screen to change references and track rejects.
From your samples to commissioning.
Sample testing
You send photos, codes or parts. We prove the reading or detection before any commitment.
measured test resultsDesign
Optics, lighting, mechanics, PLC, software and connections. Vision succeeds or fails on lighting and integration.

Station or machine assembled and tested in our workshop in the Var, with your parts.
machine tested in the workshopCommissioning
On-site installation, PLC and MES connection, operator training, start-up support.
machine in production
Batch to re-inspect, relabeling? Temporary verification station.
Complaint, recall, doubtful codes: we install a temporary reading and verification station to re-inspect your products while the permanent solution is being built.
Vision, plus the machine around it.
A vision system is only useful once integrated: conveying, rejection, PLC, serialization software, operator interface. Our workshop builds the complete station, not just the camera program. Software and mechanics under one roof.
Your questions
What can a VS camera inspect?
The presence, position and appearance of a part, or printed characters. What is feasible on your part is checked on samples.
Can you take over the program of our VS camera?
Yes. We start from the backup, document what is in place, then modify it.
Our inspection is unstable: can you step in?
Yes. An unstable inspection often comes from the lighting, the part positioning or the thresholds. We diagnose it on site or from your images.
Do we need to change our PLC?
Generally not: the camera adapts to the existing connections. We check this during scoping.
Where are the limits?
A camera only sees what the lighting reveals. Subsurface defects and very shiny or poorly positioned parts require a study: we tell you after the test.
